Utilizing a descriptive and explanatory research design, the methodology incorporates both qualitative and quantitative approaches, employing tools such as questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and document reviews. Data analysis involves descriptive statistics like mean and standard deviation, alongside inferential statistics including chi-square and ordinal logistic regression, with results clearly reported and summarized.
