Set in the luxurious backdrop of the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston, the story follows Catie Copley, a black Labrador retriever serving as Canine Ambassador. Her role involves warmly greeting guests, accompanying them on walks, and assisting the Chief Concierge, Jim. Alongside her, Santol, another trained guide dog, fulfills a similar role at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec City, Canada.
