Focusing on the impact of ICT infrastructure, this study examines academic performance differences in public primary schools in Matete Sub-County from 2008 to 2016. It compares schools with and without ICT support, investigates the influence of technical support on performance, and explores teachers' perceptions of ICT usage. Employing a descriptive survey design and quantitative methods, data was collected through structured questionnaires targeting head teachers and teachers from both supported and non-supported schools, utilizing purposive and random sampling techniques.
