Barbara Novack, a Writer-in-Residence at Molloy University, is an accomplished author and poet recognized for her contributions to creative writing. Her notable works include the Pulitzer Prize-nominated novel J.W. Valentine and several acclaimed poetry collections, such as Something Like Life and Dancing on the Rim of Light. Additionally, her chapbooks, Do Houses Dream? and A Certain Slant of Light, have received accolades as finalists for the Blue Light Press Poetry Prize. She also organizes poetry events and workshops, enhancing the literary community.
