Utilizing the ML-ORG Questionnaire for motivation and the SL-ARG Job Satisfaction Scale, findings reveal that while 56% of employees exhibit average job motivation and 42% show low motivation, a significant 75% report high job satisfaction. The study confirms a direct and significant relationship between these two variables, as established through Pearson's correlation coefficient.
