Lety Out Loud: A Wish Novel

Set against the backdrop of an animal shelter, the story follows Lety Muänoz, a Spanish-speaking girl who finds solace in volunteering with animals. When tasked with writing animal profiles, she faces off against her grumpy classmate Hunter, who proposes a secret competition to determine who can get the animals adopted fastest. As Lety navigates her feelings about the contest and the risk of losing her volunteer position, she also hopes to adopt her favorite dog, Spike, adding emotional stakes to her journey.
