Rescued by the alien Wyneri, the Remnant live alongside their saviors yet maintain a distance, focusing on preserving their cultural heritage while largely ignoring the Wyneri. This tension between the two species explores themes of survival, identity, and the struggle to honor the past amidst a new reality.
