Utilizing a cross-sectional survey method and the Woman As Manager Scale (WAMS), the research gathers data from various sources, including magazines and websites. The findings are expected to provide insights that can benefit female managers across different organizations, promoting a better understanding of gender dynamics in leadership roles.
