More about the book

The book explores the interplay between Mental Workload and Resilience among workers in a financial institution in Ecuador. Utilizing a quantitative, correlational methodology with a sample of 200 employees, it employs the NASA TLX questionnaire to assess Mental Workload and the Resilience Scale to gauge Resilience. Findings indicate a high perception of Mental Workload alongside significant Resilience among participants, revealing a correlation between the two. An intervention program was subsequently developed to address these findings and enhance employee well-being.
