Participation of Micro and Small Companies in Public Procurement

Focusing on the economic landscape of Brumado/Ba, this study highlights the potential for micro and small enterprises (MSEs) to thrive in a competitive market. It reveals a significant knowledge gap among local entrepreneurs regarding their capabilities as suppliers to the Municipal Public Sector. The work aims to educate these business owners on the importance of enhancing their understanding to effectively engage in government procurement processes, ultimately fostering their growth and visibility in the local economy.
