The research investigates the link between organizational climate and service quality at the Attorney General's office in Monteria, where employees report a tense work environment. Utilizing a quantitative, non-experimental approach, the study involved 52 employees and 52 service users, employing Litwin and Stringer's organizational climate questionnaire and the SERVPERF questionnaire for service quality. Statistical analysis with SPSS 27 revealed a negligible correlation of -0.002 between the organizational climate and the quality of service provided.
