Results indicated reduced weight and physical characteristics in malnourished rats compared to those with adequate nutrition. Following this, research on young women analyzed how menstrual cycle phases affect muscle strength and reflex excitability in the sural triceps. Findings revealed no significant changes in muscle twitch kinetics or neuromuscular efficiency across different menstrual phases.
