Workplace discrimination poses significant risks to both employees and organizations, leading to potential legal and financial repercussions. This study highlights the critical lack of training for leaders regarding discriminatory behaviors and offers a qualitative literature review to identify these issues. Through a hermeneutic approach, it examines the pervasive nature of discrimination and evaluates strategies for mitigating risks.
