He wages war as a sniper, killing selected targets after anti-Semitic atrocities are committed in the United States. His targets may have no direct involvement in the atrocities but are part of the neo-Nazi ‘army’. He is intent on inflicting pain. A newspaper reporter becomes deeply involved in the sniper story. She persuades a senior homicide detective to cooperate with her as she pursues the evasive sniper.
