This is a story of the mental rollercoaster brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. The coronavirus pandemic has been very stressful for many people. Some adults and children may have developed strong emotions born from fear and anxiety surrounding the unknowns of this new disease. Necessary public health actions, such as practicing social distancing and donning face coverings, may have also created feelings of isolation and loneliness in typically socially adept individuals.
