Hi, friends. Let's play Good Choice, Poor Choice! Get your thumbs ready! Author Hillary Podritz is an early childhood educator who plays Good Choice, Poor Choice with her students and her own children. The game was inspired by Podritz's desire to remove the concept and labeling of "naughty" or "bad" when speaking to children about their decisions. By placing the power of choice in each child, they are empowered when they make a good one and neither defeated nor shamed when they make a poor one--there's always another opportunity to make a good choice!
