This book of poetry reveals the relationships the author had throughout his life. It is fun to read and written in a free verse style. The author relates his experiences falling in love and coping with relationships as they ended. Examples: (1) "I went to the beach to be alone. I had given up on love. It never does last anyway, or so I thought. So I decided to spend my days on the beach to help heal my broken heart. This is the way it was when I looked up and saw you walking toward me licking a chocolate ice cream cone." (2) "You glanced my way, smiled and stopped to talk. At that time I knew love had come again." (3) "I should have known anything good must come to an end, that beauty fades away, that love is elusive, I should have known." "You offered all the love you knew how to give and as quickly as you came into my life you were gone." "I've been counting the days since you left. I believe it is almost time for love to come again".
