He spoke newer, communication was a challenged. These characteristics lead the people to assume an array of opinions of what Bart's condition was. He was not diagnosed until later in his life. The problem was about the era. The study about Autism was inadequate. The majority were available in Western developed countries as opposed to the Philippines- a third world developing country.
