BirdSong is a teaching story about love and loss and healing, a spiritual and metaphysical journey. A young woman is introduced to skills and other ways of knowing of which she had been previously unaware, helping her to enlarge her understanding of love and to discover meaning and purpose in life far beyond what she had known as possible. She learns that our world is much more mysterious and wonderful than many of us so far have realized. For a long time the author has been interested in the subject matter of this book, and she feels blessed to have encountered along her way beings with the abilities and the sense of loving service that have been inspiration for this tale.
