On his way to Damascus , Jesus arrested him and in Acts 9:3-4 , the encounter that he had was revealed , “ And as he journeyed, he came near and suddenly there shined round about him a light from And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?”.Saul was not a docile minion, blindly carrying out orders issued by higher authorities. He was the most active agent of persecution, moving it forward and prosecuting the matter himself. After he had the encounter with the Lord, he started preaching the gospel and this is the Arm of the Lord in action.....
