The importance of social media can be felt especially now during an almost worldwide lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was only made possible to publish this book thanks to the technology available, where we could continue to work from home and bring this book to life digitally. However, the digital world has a darker side too. It truly has the power to make or break society, people and their relationships. This book is a unique compilation talking about all such aspects of the digital world in the form of poetry, short stories and articles. 36 vastly different writers, from a 13 year old debutant to senior and experienced writers, have come together to write about the same digital world that connects them. The writers from across the globe have been connected digitally through the online platform "United By Ink", where more than 4500 members come together, share their creativity and are helped to grow in their creative journeys everyday. Part Proceeds from the book sales go towards supporting the education of underprivileged children in rural India.
