Events in our lives particularly significant ones- whether good or bad - affect our life's outcome and wellbeing. They impact our finance, health, work, life, and lifestyle: how we live, where we live, what we do, how we do it, our spending power. Impact of Life is the second of a collection of poems. Like the first collection Trod With Me - it is written in both Standard English and the Jamaican dialect (patois). The poems - some serious, some reflective and analytical, some humorous are all based on events and occurrences in the life experiences of the author, her friends and family members, and their many stories and anecdotes.
