In the summer of 1985, 11-year-old Randall McKenna had a kayaking accident on the Niagara River. While submerged beneath the water's surface, he felt the presence of something near him - something cold and evil. Ever since that day, he has been haunted by the call of the thing in the river, a call that may have lured thousands to their deaths through the centuries.
