We all have things we need to release. I'm a multi-hyphenate powerhouse comedian, speaker, media personality who does not differ from you, so I created this journal to accompany my Bye, Bye, Bags book. I wanted to share what helped me get rid of my STUFF, so you can too. It's a journey and not a sprint, so get prepared to lighten your load. It's not about pressure, but progress, so take your time and meditate on the questions, bask in the reflections, and be inspired by the scriptures and quotes.
