Daily meditation practice continues for me. It has now become a part and parcel of my everyday life. Each day sharpens my perception further and I find solace and happiness on this Path. A thought that sums up my present journey is right from the time the day starts and till it finishes, every moment throughout the day is an assessment of my journey where I apply the philosophical thoughts learnt from sadhana. The higher self makes me aware of my journey and guides me in healing. This healing is to make my foundation stronger.
