Anna, Albert the peacock, and audiences try in vain to help Misty back into the sky. Saucer Eyes, the owl offers his counsel in return for a gift which must please him. But when the gift does not please the owl, his answer is given in a riddle. This is solved and with the South Wind's help, the North Wind is taught a lesson.
