The ENRICH programme, implemented by the Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) through Partner NGOs, aims to eradicate poverty and enable individuals to live with dignity. By focusing on creating opportunities for freedom of choice, the programme promotes strategies for poverty reduction and economic improvement, alongside interventions that ensure access to universal human rights. This approach is designed to foster a dignified life for participants. Conceptualized by PKSF Chairman Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad since his appointment in November 2009, ENRICH is innovative and integrated, addressing the multidimensional aspects of human life, including socio-economic and environmental factors. It emphasizes human capability and social capital formation to support those deprived of fundamental dignity. The programme’s structure includes various chapters covering its introduction, background, methodology, inception, socio-economic changes among participants, impacts on economic wellbeing and human dignity, and the overall process and expansion of ENRICH.
