Using the same format as Destinies, which he edited while working at Ace Books, he published seven issues of Far Frontiers, with Jerry Pournelle as co-editor, in 1985 and 1986. As solo editor, he resurected Destinies as New Destinies. Eight issues were published from 1987 to 1990.
