The 11th European Conference on Genetic Programming, EuroGP 2008, was held in Naples, Italy, from 26 to 28 March at the University of Naples Congress Centre, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Naples. This volume includes the papers from 21 oral presentations and 10 posters presented during the conference. Topics covered reflect the current research landscape in Genetic Programming, encompassing representations, theory, operators and analysis, evolvable hardware, agents, and various applications. The rigorous, double-blind peer review process involved at least three reviewers from the international Program Committee for each submission. A total of 61 papers were submitted, resulting in a 34% acceptance rate for full papers and an overall acceptance rate of 51%, including posters. The submission and review process was facilitated by MyReview management software developed by Philippe Rigaux, Bertrand Chardon, and colleagues from Université Paris-Sud Orsay, France. Special thanks are extended to Marc Schoenauer from INRIA, France, for managing this system. Reviewers nominated keywords to specify their areas of expertise, which were matched with those chosen by authors using the software's optimal assignment feature.
