Kurt Tucholsky Biography
January 9, 1890 – December 21, 1935

As a politically engaged journalist and social critic in the tradition of Heinrich Heine, his work offered sharp commentary on societal and political issues. Tucholsky positioned himself as a left-wing democrat and pacifist, warning against rising anti-democratic tendencies and the threat of National Socialism.
