The study investigates the impact of reward management systems on employee performance at IE Network Solution PLC in Addis Ababa. Utilizing a mixed research approach, it reveals that promotion and employee recognition are positively correlated with performance, while work conditions and salary also contribute significantly. However, benefit packages do not significantly influence employee performance. The findings highlight the importance of well-designed reward strategies in fostering an inspired and high-performing workforce in a competitive business environment.
