Sense and Sensibility

After Mr. Henry Dashwood's death, his estate passes to his grandson, leaving his second wife and daughters with little. Despite a promise from John Dashwood to care for them, his wife Fanny influences him to abandon it. The Dashwood women relocate to Barton Cottage, where they navigate love and heartbreak.
