Angel City

The story follows Jared Teeter and his family as they leave their unsuccessful farm in West Virginia for a hopeful new life in Florida. Instead of the idyllic dreams of fishing and a roadside produce stand, they encounter the harsh reality of a migrant labor camp, where they are trapped as indentured servants. Faced with a ruthless crew chief and his enforcers, Jared navigates a precarious existence filled with hope and despair, determined to save his family and fellow prisoners from a life of degradation.
