Chitra, a legendary warrior raised as a boy by her king father, commands admiration from her people. Her life takes a turn when she encounters the noble warrior Arjuna, awakening her feelings of love for the first time. This one-act play by Rabindranath Tagore explores themes of identity, love, and desire against a backdrop of warrior culture in Manipur.
